Senior Account Manager

As a senior account manager you are responsible for identifying sales opportunities and managing relationships with our existing and prospective customers. You collaborate with the CCO and your colleague senior account managers to develop and implement sales strategies supporting the organization’s objectives. Your mission is to connect with and convince C-level executives of the added value of our AI-solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You build strong, lasting relationships with our customers by understanding their needs and becoming their trusted partner.
  • You identify promising prospects and perform lead generation activities
  • You analyze and understand customer needs to provide optimal software and AI – solutions and services to clients
  • You prepare and conduct face-to-face presentations and demos
  • You visit customers on a daily basis, identify and anticipate their existing and future needs
  • You accompany customers during the entire sales cycle
  • You represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions and networking events
  • You support your colleague senior account managers with your software, data analytics and AI-expertise. Your colleagues will support you with their archiving and scanning expertise.
  • You work in close collaboration with our product / technology team, our operations team leads and project managers
  • You generate consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue; achieve your sales targets
  • You keep your knowledge about customers, industry trends and competitors up to date

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • Solid experience working in a similar role with a demonstrated track record in sales & account management, preferably within the technology or AI-sector
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills – demonstrated experience with selling complex technology solutions to C-level executives
  • Commercial and technical mindset with a passion for our AI- & data analytics solutions and services
  • Open-minded, a genuine team player and able to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong language skills – Dutch, French and English – verbal and written
  • Strong self-motivation, leadership and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal guidance
  • Results-driven, competitive sales attitude; strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
  • Willingness to travel and spend most of the time visiting customers and prospects
