As a Business Consultant you will be responsible for handling end-to-end iGuana iDM software implementation, enhancement, and customization projects to provide tailored solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- You participate in customer needs assessment meetings to gather and understand client objectives. You translate ideas and client needs into technical solutions and ensure these meet the client requirements.
- You collaborate with the Software Developers to design solutions that best meet customer needs
- You initiate and facilitate implementations from beginning to end (including testing, go-live and post-implementation support), taking into account the project scope and defined deliverables. You perform solution upgrades, customizations, and enhancements (including configuration).
- You communicate project progress and expectations to the client and the internal project team
- You are a key contact for the client and provide them support throughout the go-live process, including client training sessions
- Create, maintain and contribute to internal, technical and customer documentation
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and tools used to provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree (Bachelor) e.g., ICT, mathematics, technology
- Solid experience working as analyst (or in a similar role)
- SQL server skills
- Analytical and technical aptitude, ability to solve complex business and technical issues
- High degree of self-motivation. Desire to further develop and expand own skillset
- Good communication skills to ensure ideas and solutions are understood
- Active listener able to build relationships with customers, effectively balancing technical and social aspects
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills to easily integrate into any new or existing team and to facilitate change processes
- Strong desire to work in a fast-paced consulting environment; ability to handle high-pressure, high-stress situations
- Fluent Dutch/French and English knowledge
